Privacy policy

Last updated July 3, 2026

The short version

PITBOARD is a free, fan-made tool. We store the minimum needed to make your garage, votes and comments work. We don't run ads, we don't use tracking pixels, and we never sell or share your data with anyone.

What we collect

Cookies

We set session cookies so you stay signed in. That's it — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Sign-in and comment submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving bot check. When you sign in or post, Turnstile collects certain information from your device and browser — such as your IP address, user-agent and similar environment signals — and sends it to Cloudflare to tell humans from bots. This data is processed by Cloudflare under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Turnstile does not use this information for advertising or interest-based tracking.

Where your data lives

The app runs on Vercel (hosting and image storage) and Neon (database), both of which may keep standard operational logs. Authentication is handled on our own domain; your provider (Discord or Google) controls what you share with us via their consent screen.

Deleting your data

Want your account and everything attached to it gone? Message @bigbadbenjo on Twitch or reach out on YouTube and we'll delete it. Anonymous local-storage data can be cleared from your browser at any time.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update this page and the date above. Big changes get a note on the home page.
